I walked last year, can I use the same username and password?

Yes, upon registering you will be prompted to enter the username and password you used for previous Walks. 

What happens if I forget my username and password?

Click here to reset your password. If you still have issues changing your username or password, please email walks@lymphoma.org.

How do I change my username and/or password?

Login to the site using your current email and password. Once you have logged in, go to your welcome center located at the top right side of the webpage and click profile. You can edit your contact information, email address, username and password.

How do I unsubscribe from email notifications?

Towards the bottom of each email message there is a link, labeled "Unsubscribe/Change Email”. Click on this link and follow the instructions given in order to unsubscribe. If you have an account, you can also log in and go to your welcome center and click "Settings", from here you can manage your email subscriptions.

How is my credit card number handled?

Credit card numbers are not stored in our database. During the donation process, we send your credit card number to an online processing terminal using a secure connection.

Is my information secure?

Yes-- Blackbaud, the company that the Lymphoma Walks uses to store data, has made every effort to protect your information. They use industry-standard SSL encryption techniques to make sure that your credit card information, passwords, and personal information travel securely over the Internet.
